It is finally Spring here in Iowa. It has even been in the 80's a couple of days! The kids have really enjoyed playing with all of the kids in the neighborhood. They really hadn't seen them much since last fall..even though we live right next door to two little boys. No one really gets out much when it is Winter. We had some neighbors move in right before Christmas, and the husband told Kyle that he didn't think there were any kids in the neighborhood until the first day that it got up to 65 degrees...then he said it was like kids were coming out of the woodwork!
With Spring also comes...Soccer! Landon and Laurel are both playing soccer this spring. Landon is doing really well! He just runs the entire game and is exhausted afterwards! Laurel is also exhausted...anyone who does as many cartwheels as she does during the games would be! She would stop just enough to run over and ask me when they were going to hand out snacks! I am thinking this will be her last time to play soccer, but who knows.
